Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid nitrogen in an estimated quantity of 200 t per year* (total 800, 000 kg for the entire implementation period) and the lease of a nitrogen tank with a capacity of min. 25, 000 l (including transport to the Ordering Party), including: a) delivery liquid nitrogen (LIN - Liquid Nitrogen) of high purity (min. quantity 150 t/year), b) lease, assembly, commissioning and service of a cryogenic tank intended for storing liquid nitrogen and a 60Nm3/h evaporator, c) provision of technical equipment necessary for operation, including evaporator, fittings, pressure reduction systems and safety devices, d) monitoring the current level and replenishing the level if the minimum level is reached, e) provision of service, maintenance and legalization (UDT), f) collection and management of product remains in the event of termination of the lease. * The amount of liquid nitrogen indicated above is only an estimate and determines the upper limit of the Ordering Party's demand. Therefore, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the above-mentioned. the amount of nitrogen ordered, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims in this respect, including in particular claims for compensation for lost profits. 2. Minimum required warranty period for the subject of the order is 48 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the order (signing the acceptance protocol), without any reservations by the Ordering Party. 3.
