Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels, unleaded gasoline Pb95 and diesel oil for vehicles and engine equipment of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnych i Mieszkaniowej sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: PGKiM). Estimated quantity of fuels that will be subject to successive delivery as part of the order is for: Diesel oil 40, 000 l Unleaded petrol Pb95 1, 100 l. The given quantities are estimates and were indicated for the purposes of conducting the procurement procedure. The final amount of fuel delivered will result from the actual demand during the order period delivery and may increase or decrease by up to 20% in relation to the estimated quantities provided. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party in the event of a reduction in the actual quantity of fuels to be successively delivered under the order by no more than 20%. The Ordering Party ensures that the minimum delivery quantities will be: Diesel oil 30, 000 l Unleaded petrol Pb95 800 l.2.
