4.1 The subject of the plate is saved by the Contractor in favor of the ordering fuel of Pynne, i.e. papid oil (ON) in an estimated number of 6, 000 liters and non -free gasoline 95 in an estimated amount of 2500 liters and an add -on oil adduninhabited. The above -mentioned value is the forecasted demand of the Ordering Party during the contract. The actual amount of fuels will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the contract. Settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Employer will be made on the basis of actually purchasedby ordering quantities. 4.2 The sale of fuels will be carried out on the Contractor's gas station located at the commune of Kurztnik directly to the tanks of vehicles (cignikw, sub -cars, barrels, bars, Mieciarek, etc.) of the ordering or those to the canisters (economic equipment). PerformerIt will allow the ordering refueling of fuels at the contractor's gas stations in the whole country. 4.3 Note!
