Tender Details

3.1. The subject of the order for this procedure is the supply of a liquid chromatography system as part of the DAISY project: Double-stranded DNA Repair Defects: a lentiviral gene therapy to address unmet therapeutic needs in Nijmegen Breakage Syndrome (NBS). 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, technical parameters, is provided in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.3.3. The Ordering Party informs that if the ToR specifies the subject of the order by indicating its own names, trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process or standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it is intended to clarify the subject of the contract.3.4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers equivalent to those described by indicating proprietary names, trademarks, patents or origin, provided that the proposed solutions will have at least the same features/functional parameters as indicated in the SWZ, and the quality of which is not inferior to that specified in product specifications.3.5.
