3.1 The subject of the order is the supply of light type heating diesel oil for the heating needs of the Radziechowy Wieprz Commune from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 Delivery of light type heating diesel oil of good quality and compliant with the PN-C-96024 standard in quantity up to 54, 000 liters for the heating needs of the Radziechowy Wieprz Commune, in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 by the supplier, through his means, who runs a business in the field of distribution of liquid fuels, for which he has a license to trade in liquid fuels. The supplier will ensure good quality oil and its compliance with the PN-C-96024 standard. Quality complaints upon delivery will be considered after taking a sample of fuel oil from the Supplier's tank truck in accordance with the PN-ISO 3170 standard, with the participation of the representative of the Supplier and the Ordering Party, and will be submitted for laboratory testing.
