(DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER) This order concerns the delivery of: a) light rescue and fire-fighting vehicle. The vehicle offered must comply with the minimum requirements the requirements contained in this specification, b) trailers for transporting firefighting equipment, hereinafter referred to as "trailer", with parameters consistent with the minimum requirements included in the description of the subject of the order. Car delivered under this order must be brand new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unregenerated, unencumbered by the rights of persons or third parties, and come from the manufacturer's legal sales channel. The vehicle chassis must have an approval certificate in accordance with separate national provisions relating to road traffic law.
