The subject of the order is the supply of a light reconnaissance and rescue vehicle, SLRr. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order should meet the following requirements: a) it meets all the features specified in the specification of the order conditions, b) it is brand new and compliant with applicable standards. Detailed conditions for implementation. No. 4 to SWZ - Draft contract. The possible names (trademarks), standards, ratings and technical specifications provided by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order are exemplary and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard, and the Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers pursuant to Art. 101 section 4, 5, 6 of the Act on Public Procurement in connection with Art. 99 uPzp. If specific standards, assessments and technical specifications are indicated in the procedure documentation, the Ordering Party informs that it allows the use of equivalent solutions described by these standards.
