Delivery of light fuel oil for the needs of organizational units of the Prusice Commune 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of light fuel oil of the "Ekoterm Plus" type or equivalent, hereinafter referred to as "oil", in a maximum quantity of up to 192, 000 liters, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, in the following division: 1) 30, 000 liters to the Municipal Office in Prusice (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Office in Prusice) at ul. Market Square 1; 2) 124, 000 liters for the Primary School. Henryk Sienkiewicz in Prusice (called hereinafter referred to as Primary School in Prusice) at ul. Żmigrodzka 43; 3) 10, 000 liters to the Primary School. Maria and Lech Kaczyński in Skokowa, ul. Kościelna 10, 55-110 Prusice, including the school building in Piotrkowice 19; 4) 8, 000 liters Volunteer Fire Department in Prusice, at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 17; 5) 20, 000 liters Social Services Center in Prusice, ul. Żmigrodzka 39, 55-110 Prusice. 2. The given amounts of oil may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 3. The contractor is not entitled to any claims in the event of partial or complete non-use indicated in point 1 amount of fuel oil. 4. The price of one liter of oil will include all the Contractor's costs, including the cost of transport, loading and unloading, etc. 5.
