Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of light fuel oil for heating purposes to: - oil boiler room of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Choczew, ul. Szkolna 2 in the amount of up to 140, 000 liters - oil boiler room of the Commune Office in Choczewo, ul. The first ones Osadnikw 17 and the headquarters of the Volunteer Fire Department Choczewo ul. Świerkowa 8 in a total quantity of up to 32, 000 liters. The total estimated scope of services includes the supply of light fuel oil in an amount of up to 172, 000 liters including transport. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the quantity of oil fuel, referred to above, in the event of a change in the current needs of the Ordering Party, dictated by atmospheric, economic, technological or organizational conditions, as well as the occurrence of force majeure. In this case, due to the limitation subject of the order, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party. In the situation referred to above, the Ordering Party sets the minimum value of the order at 50% of the remuneration. In a situation where the financial resources specified in the contract are not provided fully used above this value, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims.
