The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of light fuel oil for heating purposes in the 2026/2027 season, meeting the requirements for this type of fuel, having parameters according to the PN-C-96024 standard for L-1. The subject of the order is the supply of light fuel oil, grade L-1, according to the Polish Standard PN-C-96024, intended for heating. Estimated - the expected demand for fuel oil is estimated at 169 m3. The Contractor is obliged to: 1) sell and deliver to the Ordering Party light fuel oil for facilities administered by the Inowrocaw commune, in an estimated amount of 169 m3; 2) to deliver fuel with your own transport, at your own expense and risk; 3) to use specialized equipment with the required tests and certificates and equipped with a (verified) fuel pumping meter and other devices necessary for trouble-free pumping of fuel into the tank; 4) to deliver light fuel oil produced no earlier than 3 months before the date of its delivery.
