Supply and installation of a vertical lifting platform for barrier-free access to the premises of the home for the elderly, including related construction modifications, assembly, commissioning and operator training. platforms - Vejprty" within the subsidy program of the MoSV Mobility Support program 013310. A detailed technical description of the subject of performance and the scope of work is given in Appendix No. 4 technical specification. The participant in the procurement process acknowledges that this public contract is the basis for the submission of the contracting authority's application for the provision of a subsidy from the relevant subsidy program. For this reason, the contracting authority reserves the right to include in the purchase contract (or contract for work) provisions governing the conditions related to the award of the subsidy. Contractual the parties undertake that in the concluded contract it will be agreed that in the event that no final decision is made on the provision of the subsidy by 30 July 2026 at the latest, each of the contracting parties is entitled to withdraw from the contract, unless the contracting parties agree otherwise. Withdrawal from the contract must be made in writing and becomes effective on the day it is delivered to the other contracting party.
