The subject of the order is the supply of licenses and the implementation of virtual registration for patient service, e-ID readers and signatures qualified for digitization of documents as part of the implementation of the project titled Implementation of modern digital solutions in the Center Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery in Bystra in order to increase the effectiveness and safety of health care implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, component D Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system - investment D1.1.2 Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care, which is an element of Component D Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system under the subject Package No. 1: License delivery and implementation virtual registration for patient service, the requirements of which are specified in Chapter II SWZ section 1. Subject of the order and in A. No. 2 from SWZ - description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), and the implementation together with the requirements were specified in the Order. No. 7A to SWZ - project contracts. Order completion time up to 40 calendar days (criterion assessed).
