The subject of the order is the successive execution and delivery of license plates for the needs of the District Office in Białystok in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, no earlier than April 20, 2026, for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the following regulations: a) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of November 22, 2024 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requires license plates and specimens of other documents related to vehicle registration (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709, as amended), b) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019 on the professional registration of vehicles, the signs used and fees related to the professional registration of vehicles (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2616), c) Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of license plates and legalization marks (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1677), d) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 12, 2019. regarding conditions of production and method of distribution of professional license plates and legalization marks as well as the mode of legalization of professional license plates...
