Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in providing PARP with a License for an IT System (hereinafter referred to as: "System) to operate a financial instrument supporting the digital and green transformation of enterprises under the FENG measure.01.02 Digital Transformation Fund and Environmentally Friendly: 1) within the scope of the basic order: i. provision of the System in a model hosted and made available by the Contractor on the Infrastructure provided by the Contractor. The system is only available via a web browser. The full functionality of the System must be available from browser level; ii. delivery of Floating Access Licenses necessary to use the System in its full functional scope and under the conditions specified in the tender documentation. The provided licenses should enable the use of the System by persons indicated by the Ordering Party, without the need to pay additional fees; iii. adapting the System to the functional and non-functional requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annexes No. 1 and 2 to the Description of the Subject of the Order; iv. provision of warranty service for the provided System for the duration of the contract; v. training PARP employees indicated by the Ordering Party; vi. training of external users indicated by the Ordering Party. 2) within the scope of option rights: i. extension of the operation of the System in terms of its maintenance for a period of 2 years; ii. providing Development Hours within the framework provided by Zam...
