Tender Details
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a legal information system for public administration units indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ. 2. The number of licenses for individual units and the date of completion of the currently incurred obligations by each unit include Annex 1 to SWZ. 3. Annex 1 to SWZ, i.e. a list of public administration units covered by the contract for the supply of a legal information system together with a list of licenses is a separate file in Excel format. 4. The number of licenses indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ means the number of simultaneous access for individual users in a given unit, in other words the indicated number of licenses equals the quantity of simultaneously logged in users, i.e. using the system at one time. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation has been specified accordingly in Annex 2 to SWZ, constituting the description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 3 to SWZ, constituting the draft provisions of the contract. 6.
