Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a legal information system for Public Administration Units, indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

2. The number of licenses for individual Units and the dates of expiry of the liabilities currently incurred by each Unit are included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

3. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the List of Public Administration Units covered by the order for the supply of a legal information system together with the list of the number of licenses, constitutes a separate file in Excel format.

4. The number of licenses indicated in Appendix 1 to the SWZ means the number of simultaneous accesses for individual usersspecific users in a given Unit, in other words, the indicated number of licenses is equal to the number of simultaneously logged in users, i.e. using the system at one time.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its implementation are specified in Annex no2 to the SWZ, constituting the Description of the subject of the order, and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, constituting the draft provisions of the contract.

6. The order will be implemented based on the contract concluded between the Contractor and each Unit. Detailed conditions under which COAR will conclude the contract on behalf of eachThe units were specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).

7. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law
