The subject of the public contract is the delivery and installation of a new LED multimedia device (bust) to Home Credit Arena including the supply of a single software platform to control all video screens in the hall.
LED Bust is an ice screen in the shape of an oval used primarily for the presentation of business Club partners, for fun in the hall and complementary information during the game. The LED bust will be placed on a concrete plinth along the inner perimeter of the hall on the 4th floor. The entire perimeter of the belt must be without visible gaps and must create an uninterrupted oval.
Before the installation itself, the supplier is obliged to ensure the processing of static Assessment of the supporting structure for installing LED bust.
The subject of the contract includes both the supply of technology and related components with the required technical parameters and the corresponding HW and SW, including licenses to the destination, as well Demonstration of functionality and training of operator.
The subject also includes the processing of the actual execution documentation, ensuring trial operation at least one match following the termination of the delivery and providing the warranty service in the parameters and for the period of warranty period specified in the draft contract, which forms Annex 2 of ZP.
At the same time, the subject of the public contract includes the deinstallation of the existing multimedia LED belt and its use or liquidation in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
