1. The subject of the order is the supply of lead-starting batteries for wheeled vehicles and combat vehicles, divided into 9 parts (tasks), in accordance with the description of the subject of the order.

2. The requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ andthe remaining tender documentation, which will be posted on the website of the ongoing procedure https://portal.smartpzp.pl/2rblog

3. The Employer provides for the right of option in the procedure in question. The option right means that the Ordering Party will purchase the guaranteed quantity, while the implementationoptional deliveries may take place only with the consent of the Ordering Party, in the quantities indicated by him, at the applicable unit prices, within the term of the contract (validity).
