in order to make the chemo-toxicological laboratory future-proof, especially with regard to selectivity, sensitivity and speed, a powerful system consisting of a fast ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatograph (uhplc) coupled to a high-resolution mass spectrometer (hrms) is to be procured, which also offers the opportunity for an online cleanup for efficient sample preparation and analysis. Due to existing and future projects, very fast measuring cycles and polarity changes are required while maintaining a high mass accuracy and high resolution in a very broad mass range and dynamic range.
