Subject of the orderThe subject of this procedure is the delivery of a large-format scanner intended for quick and precise digitization of technical documentation, maps, projects and archival documents. Technical requirementsOffered the device must meet at least the following requirements: color scanner with a working width of 44", CIS scanning technology, optical resolution of 2400 × 1200 dpi, ability to scan documents up to 30 mm thick (lifting cover), no limitations length of the scanned document, automatic Stitching function (combining documents), CIS readers using a double document illumination system, software enabling scanning and copying in cooperation with one plotter, advanced software functions, including: document scanning with fluorescent markers, dynamic document length correction, automatic image quality optimization, scanning efficiency at 200 × 200 dpi resolution: monochrome documents: minimum 23.0 m/min, color documents: minimum 12.0 m/min. Standard equipment: low base with a receiving basket. Additional equipment. The contractor is obliged to provide a computer (controller) with parameters not worse than: Intel Core i3 processor or more efficient, at least 8 GB of RAM, Windows 7 (64-bit) or newer operating system, at least one USB 3.0 port located at the back of the housing. Additionally, it is required to provide: a 24" touch monitor with a holder for the scanner base....
