Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of laptops, tablets and computer accessories for the needs of the IDEAS Research Institute. The subject of the order was divided into parts (tasks), i.e. 1.1 Task No. 1, including: - basic scope - delivery: 6 pcs. type 1 laptops, 15 type 1 mouse keyboard sets, 3 computer mice and 1 tablet, - optionally - delivery of 2 type 1 laptops and 1 tablet, 1.2 Task No. 2 including: - basic scope - delivery of 8 type 1 laptops 2, - optionally - delivery of 8 type 2 laptops. Details regarding the description and method of execution of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.2. When submitting e offers, the Contractor is obliged to submit: 2.1. offer form - the form template is attached as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ; 2.2. power of attorney - if the Contractor appoints a proxy(s) to represent him in the proceedings or to represent and concluding a public procurement contract and in the case of Contractors jointly applying for the contract.
