Package No. 1 - delivery of laptops; Package No. 2 - monitor delivery; Package No. 3 - delivery of computer accessories; Package No. 4 - laptop delivery (IAiR) Package No. 5 - delivery of data server (IMiF) Package No. 6 - laptop delivery (IMiF) Procedure for granting public procurement is conducted in the form of an open tender, pursuant to Eng. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320), hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act", implementing regulations issued thereunder basis and the Civil Code. To the extent not regulated by this SWZ, the provisions of the Public Procurement Law apply. 2. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, provides for a reverse order of activities, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion.
