Delivery of a laptop computer for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a portable computer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Classification Code Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 30213100-6 (laptop computers). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 4. Place of equipment delivery: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration, street prof. Marii Janion 5, 80-309 Gdańsk, room 2081. 5. Details regarding the guarantee are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 6. In the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party described the requirements for the systems management relating to the production process of the offered equipment by reference to the standards indicated in point 15 of the description of the subject of the order. In each case where these standards are indicated in the content of the SWZ, including in the annexes to the SWZ, it should be understood that that such an indication is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Thus, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the standards indicated in point 15 of the description of the subject of the contract, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 and 5 Pzp. The concept of equivalence should be understood as follows: the offered equipment comes from production covered by an implemented and up-to-date management system that meets the requirements specified in point 15 of the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent extent.
