Tender Details

Delivery of LAN network switches for the Energy Regulatory Office. The subject of the order is the supply of LAN network switches for the Energy Regulatory Office. The description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ entitled Detailed Description Subject of the Order. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. The Ordering Party does not envisage the Contractor carrying out an on-site inspection. The ordering party requires a deposit. The Ordering Party does not require any security for proper performance of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to do so first examination and evaluation of offers, and then perform subjective qualification of the Contractor in accordance with point 9.18 of the SWZ.
