1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a laboratory screen (shaker) for determining the grain composition of sediments, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk.

5.ZamThe client requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 12 months, but the Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, taking into account the provisions of Chapter XVI of the SWZ. The warranty period is one of the tender evaluation criteria. Details regarding the guarantee are contained in § 7 of the Draft Agreement - Annex 4 toSWZ.
