Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory reagents and the lease of analyzers for hematology tests. The subject of the order includes: a) rental of analyzers for performing tests in the field of hematology along with equipment, working with the same reagents, except for the reagent for reticulocytes (main - automatic hematology analyzer type CBC-5DIFF with a technologically and reagent-compatible back-up device, constituting a uniform, validated analytical system); b)successful supply of reagents, control materials and consumables to offered analyzers over a period of 24 months; c) purchasing participation in the Randox RQ 9118 B external laboratory control program - cycle 63, 64, 65, 66; d)connecting the analyzer to the laboratory IT system cooperating with the hospital system (ProfLab-LIS/Clinninet-HIS), e) providing a starter package to start the analyzer and conduct initial instruction, as well as training employees indicated by the Ordering Party in the proper operation of the leased analyzer; f) maintenance services during the lease of the analyzers on terms and conditions specified in the SWZ.
