The subject of the order is: Delivery of laboratory reagents Task 1 - Rental of an analyzer for testing critical parameters together with the delivery of reagents and consumables Task 2 - Delivery of reagents and consumables for the critical parameters analyzer The Ordering Party allows submitting partial offers. Parts of the order are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks 1 to 2. The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer for a maximum of 2 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Annex. 2b and 5 to SWZ. Task 1 - Rental of an analyzer for testing critical parameters along with the delivery of reagents and consumables 3.3.
