The subject of the contract is:
Delivery of laboratory reagents - Analytical Laboratory:
Task 1 - Analysis of the analyzer for testing the coagulation system with the supply of reagents and consumables
Task 2 - rental of a replacement analyzer for marking PT and APTT with the supply of consumables
Rump. 3 - reagents and materials useful for the analyzer MultiPlate impedance aggregometer
The Employer allows for partial offers.
Parts of the order are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 3.
The contracting authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer up to a maximum of 3 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per contractor)
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2B and 4 to SWZ.
3.3. The contracting authority is related to the subject of the contract:
1) the offered medical product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),
3) the offered medical product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications in force for this product;
In the event that the offered medical product did not require notification to the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, the Contractor is obliged to perform at his own expense and in his own Zakr ...
