Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a laboratory mini steam power plant for the Koszalin University of Technology to the extent specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) and the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Detailed description of the item orders and technical requirements are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide information in the price form enabling the Ordering Party to identify the offered subject of the order: manufacturer, type/model of the device. IN in the absence of data enabling the Ordering Party to identify the offered subject of the order, the offer will be rejected pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The ordering party does not divide the order into parts because the subject matter order constitutes one compact set. Dividing the order into tasks would result in excessive technical difficulties and costs of executing the order, as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the order. The subject of the order is adapted to be carried out by small and medium-sized entities. 5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver, install and launch the new device that is the subject of these proceedings at his own expense, in the manner indicated by the Ordering Party. place and provide instructions on its use. 6.
