4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory materials.4.2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is included in the product and price specification, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the specification). 4.3. The subject of the order must be new and originally packed.4.4. The subject of the order is liable has safety data sheets/quality certificates/calibration certificates or certificates.4.5. The Contractor to whom the order is awarded will be obliged to provide the documents referred to above to the Ordering Party along with the delivery of the subject of the order.4.6. The warranty period for materials should be: minimum 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.4.7. To confirm that the products offered by the Contractor meet the requirements described in the SWZ, the Ordering Party requires the submission of a completed and signed Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Product and Price Specification (in accordance with the principles of point 13.2 of the SWZ). 4.8. The subject of the order should be delivered by the Contractor in packaging that protects against damage and contamination and allows for storage during the warranty period specified by the Contractor or manufacturer.4.9.
