The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory equipment: Part 1: delivery of a vertical steam sterilizer (laboratory autoclave). The scope of the order is specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. NOTE (concerning CANCELLATION PROCEEDINGS) The Ordering Party informs that pursuant to Art. 310 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the right to invalidate these proceedings if the public funds from external sources that it intends to use to finance the entire order will not be granted to him. This order is carried out in connection with the entry into force of the Act of March 13, 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2026, item 605).
