Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory equipment to the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Organic Industry, along with its installation and training of the Ordering Party's staff, divided into four parts of the order, i.e.:

Part 1 - Flow microcalorimeter

Part 2 - Determination apparatus chemical stability

Part 3 - Apparatus for testing sensitivity to an electric spark

Part 4 - Rotary evaporator

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order (attachments no. 1.1.-1.4 to the SWZ, according to the part).

3. Description of the subject of the order based on the Common Procurement Dictionary (CPV):

Part 1: 38418000-8 Calorimeters

Part 2: 38432100-3 Gas analysis apparatus

Part 3: 38341300-0 Measuring instruments electrical quantities

The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the order.

5. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts for which the order may be awarded to the same Contractor.

6. If, when describing the subject of the order, the Ordering Party refers to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 section 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, solutions equivalent to those described are allowed. Each phrase relating to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and the technical reference system contained in the SWZ should be read with the accompanying note "or equivalent".
