The subject of this public procurement is the supply of laboratory environments and consumables for assisted reproduction for the needs of PSAGBAL "Sveta Sofia" EAD for 15 separate items, described in detail in item 2 of the technical specification and the public procurement announcement. Any participant can participatefor one, more or all individual items included in the order. It is not allowed to participate in separate nomenclatures included in the separate positions. The contractor of the public order is obliged to deliver laboratory media and consumables to the hospital pharmacy within five days fromupon written request by the contracting party, and in case of urgent need for delivery of small quantities - within the next working day. The deadline for complaints about delivered low-quality goods is 14 days from the date of delivery - for obvious defects, and for hidden defects from the date of discoverytheir waving. The removal of the deficiencies by the contractor is within 3 calendar days of receiving the complaint.
