1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a walking laboratory centrifuge to the Ordering Party.2. CPV code: 42.93.11.00-2 Laboratory centrifuges and accessories3. The offer must cover the entire order. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers honorable ones. 4. The subject of the order must be completed based on the assumptions specified in the description of the subject of the order included in the Product and Price Specification (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), Technical Specification (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ) and on the terms and conditions specified in the contract template including the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
