Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the supply of laboratory accessories and small specialized laboratory equipment for the needs of the Central Laboratory of the Main Inspectorate of Plant Health and Seed Inspection, specified in Annex No. 2, in divided into 83 parts. 2. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Product and price form. 3. Place of delivery: in accordance with Annex No. 3 and No. 3a to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party is the Chief Inspectorate of Plant Protection and Seed Inspection, Al. Jana Pawła II 11, 00-828 Warszawa on behalf of and for which the Government Administration Service Center ul. Powsińska 69/71, 02-903 Warsaw 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting equivalent offers in the indicated parts described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Central Laboratory's laboratories use research methodologies generally accepted internationally and in the EU European Union, requiring the use of specific accessories and laboratory equipment of an established standard and quality (often directly indicated in the methodology).
