Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory accessories as part of the project entitled Today I'm teaching, tomorrow I'm a student. 2. The assortment, parameters and quantities are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order). The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide in the Form the names of the producers of each item of the subject of the order. The offer in this respect is not subject to supplementation, the lack of this information in the offer will result in the rejection of the offer3. Place of delivery: Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Kielce, ul. Uniwersytecka 7, Kiosk A in building G.4. Detailed requirements related to the execution of the order are set out in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ (Contract template).5. The ordering party requires that the offered subject of the order has appropriate certificates, quality marks and is admitted to trading on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with current regulations.6. The offered subject of the order should come from current production and meet the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 7.
