Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of laboratory accessories as part of the project entitled Innovative bread with health-promoting properties. 2. The assortment, parameters and quantities are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order). 3. Place of implementation deliveries: Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Kielce, ul. Uniwersytecka 7.4. Detailed requirements related to the execution of the order are set out in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ (Contract template).5. The ordering party requires that the offered subject of the order has appropriate certificates, quality marks and were admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with current regulations.6. The offered subject of the order should come from current production and meet the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. 7. The required warranty period for the subject of the order is min. 12 months. 8. Transport of laboratory accessories to the Ordering Party will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor. The contractor should ensure that laboratory accessories are packaged in such a way that they do not allow them to be damaged or deteriorate during transport.
