1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a birthing bathtub to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to the Specification. 2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. 3.Other the terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specification. 4. The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor make an initial local visit to the place of execution of the order in order to obtain information that may be necessary to prepare the offer. in order to conclude a contract and execute an order. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor.
