DELIVERY TO THE KWP IN GDAŃSK 19 PCS. C-SEGMENT MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE POLICE VERSION MARKED WITH A HEV TYPE HYBRID SYSTEM The subject of the order is: delivery to the Police Headquarters in Gdańsk of 19 C segment motor vehicles in the police version marked with HEV hybrid system. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ. The technical specification of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order are specified in the template agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. Determining requirements: a) covering economic, environmental, social, innovation, employment or confidentiality aspects, in accordance with Art. 96, above Act 1 - yes Limitation environmental pollution by allowing only vehicles equipped with an engine with a hybrid HEV drive system to operate. To confirm compliance with this clause, the Contractor is obliged to submit a tender at the stage of submitting the tender in the documentation, a copy of the EC certificate of conformity for a vehicle powered by an HEV hybrid engine and a vehicle with a pure combustion engine. The above documents will be used to calculate the ecological profit to be obtained.
