3.1. The subject of the order is the supply of kitchen equipment for a kindergarten facility in Kalonka in the Nowosolna commune.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the values ​​of the required minimum parameters, is included in the Price Form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ/Assortment and Price Sheet Agreement).3.3. The delivery includes brand new and unused equipment.3.4. The term delivery should be understood as the delivery at the Ordering Party's own expense and risk of the devices required by the Ordering Party, its assembly, installation and commissioning as well as checking the correct operation.3.5. The subject of the order was not divided into parts due to the fact that the entire order constitutes equipment within one industry.
