Terms of implementation: - The contractor undertakes to perform the order in accordance with with the submitted offer containing unit prices. - Completion date: up to 5 business days from the date of signing the Order. - The goods will be delivered to the UDT Headquarters, ul. Szczęśliwicka 34, 02‑353 Warsaw. - Transport costs and organization related to the delivery after the Contractor's website. - The Contractor declares that the subject of the order meets the technical requirements, and in particular meets all the features specified in the inquiry, is brand new, unused, not refurbished, did not come from recycling, comes from current production. - If any defects are found in the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order free from defects within 3 business days from the date of notification. - The Contractor provides a 24-month warranty delivered goods. By submitting the offer, the contractor declares that all additional costs, including travel costs, have been included in the offer.
