Tender Details

1. The subject of the proceedings is the supply of IT infrastructure for depositing, processing and analyzing data obtained using the NGS technique for the needs of the Unit of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice. Procedure no. RZP/PN/8/24. 2. The subject of the order should be implemented based on the assumptionsspecified in the Product and Price Specification (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), Technical Specification (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ). 3. The offer must cover the entire order - the Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Pthe subject of the order, i.e. the supply of IT infrastructure for depositing the processing and analysis of data obtained using the NGS technique for the needs of the Unit of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, was not divided into parts due to the specificity of the subject of the delivery and is justified by considerationstechnical requirements, including the need to maintain full compatibility of components with each other, as well as compatibility of hardware and software. Dividing the contract into parts could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the entire contract. The scope and specificity of the contract justify the award of the contractto one contractor who will assume the systematic execution of the entire task and be responsible for the proper cooperation of hardware and software.
