Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of IT hardware and software, together with installation, configuration, integration, implementation, training and provision of warranty and service, as part of the project Development of digital security at ZGK in Przytyk.2. All delivered solutions must be brand new, unused and come from a legal distribution channel ensuring full manufacturer support in the EU. Refurbished devices or licenses are not allowed.3. Delivery including transport, unloading, installation and commissioning takes place at the Contractor's expense and risk. The contractor will ensure consolidated transport by grouping shipments.4. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, for the requirements regarding the implementation orders, Appendix No. 6 to SWZ Draft contract.5. Equivalence clause: 1) The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, allows equivalent solutions for supplies, materials and systems that meet the requirements specified in the procurement documents.
