The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and configuration of equipment IT and computer technology in order to expand and modernize IT infrastructure as part of the ongoing project entitled Development of digital services at the Provincial Hospital. Saint Łukasza SP ZOZ in Tarnów - Investment D1.1.2 KPO. The detailed scope of the order is included Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ). 2. The proceedings are co-financed as part of the project Development of digital services at the Provincial Hospital.
