Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and configuration of IT and computer equipment in order to expand and modernize the IT infrastructure as part of the implemented project entitled: Development of digital services at the Provincial Hospital. Saint Łukasza SP ZOZ in Tarnow - Investment D1.1.2 KPO. The detailed scope of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ). 2. The proceedings are co-financed as part of the project Development of digital services at the Provincial Hospital. Saint Łukasz SP ZOZ in Tarnow - Investment D1.1.2 of the KPO supported by National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care, which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system. Recruitment competitive no. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25 3. The contractor is bound by the submitted offer for a period of 90 days. The period runs from the date of expiry of the deadline for submitting offers, with the first day of the offer being valid being the day on which the deadline for submitting offers expires. 4. The contract will be drawn up in Polish. 4.1.
