Delivery of desktop computers, laptops and monitors. Delivery of portable computers (TABLETS). Delivery of multifunctional devices. Delivery of computers with special parameters. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment for the implementation of the Project "Engineer 5.0 - education for the needs of the economy" co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program, contract number funding FERS.01.05-IP.08-0285/23-00 divided into 4 parts: 1)Part 1 - desktop computers, portable computers, monitors. 2)Part 2 - portable computers (TABLETS) with accessories. 3)Part 3 - multifunction devices. 4)Part 4 - computers o special parameters. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5A-5D to the SWZ. 4.Settlements between Payments between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in PLN. 5. The ordering party does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks. 6. The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor.
