Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment, i.e.: a disk array with disks, a disk rack for the existing Dell EMC Unity XT 380 matrix with disks, two servers in a rack housing, an LTO-9 tape drive with WORM media and a 42U.2 server cabinet. Detailed description of the item the order and the method of its implementation were specified in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.3. Ordering party in accordance with Art. 226 section 1 point 17 of the Public Procurement Law will reject the offer if the contractor offers the ICT product, ICT service or ICT process indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security. The ordering party will verify the current status of the recommendations Government Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity. 4.
