Description: 1. The order of the order is the delivery along with unloading of IT equipment in the indicated project partners.

2. It will be implemented within four parts, hereinafter referred to as "tasks". The Ordering Party allows placing partial offers for individual, any tasks from 1 to 4.

3. A description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) for each order task was included in the Annex to SZWZ NO: 1A - 1D.

4. The application provides for the application of the so-called Reversed procedures referred to in art. 139 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law.

5. The provisions informs that he did not carry out initial market consultations.

6. The decision does not provide for: conclusion of a framework agreement; orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 8 of the Public PZP Law, electronic auction; reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to art. 261 of the PZP Act; Advance payment for the performance of the contract.
