The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of IT battery box casings for type 111A second class wagons in an amount of 98 pieces (valid for wagon no. 2) and 112A first class wagons in an amount of 33 pieces (valid for wagon no. 2), in accordance with with documentation No. 112A-4024022000-1-00-AG, we guarantee the acceptance of 131 wagons, and orders for additional wagons at the turn of the next 5 years (counting from the date of completion of the last wagon out of the guaranteed 131 pieces) will be called in the option law (total 312 wagons).Requirements: in accordance with the attached documentation no. 112A-4024022000-1-00-A. The attached offer should be detailed, which means that it should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer), 2. Completion time of the first box casing IT battery from the moment of placing an official order/signing the contract - subsequent deliveries will be made in accordance with the previously agreed schedule, please confirm delivery dates for repeat orders, 3. Proposed validity period of the offer min. 60 days. 4. Warranty conditions for min. 48 months counted from the date of receipt of the wagons, 5. List of items that are included in the offered price (e.g. components, necessary documentation, etc.)6. Delivery conditions - DAP required acc. Incoterms 2020, 7. Person to contact, 8.
