The procedure is conducted as an open tender, in accordance with Art. 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Law public procurement (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act" or "UPzp", with an estimated value equal to or exceeding the "EU threshold" within the meaning of Art. 3 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit offer for any number of parts of the order. 5. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts for which the order may be awarded to the same Contractor. 6.
